Shut UP!!!

So, finally done with refinancing. Tension has built up to the point that I had to bite off heads. First of all, Joseph has been breaking things. He broke random things in the kitchen. He nearly broke his bedroom door in half. Just about all of my glasses are missing as well as the silverware. He has been causing drama by smoking in the house, keeping the other room mate awake until 3am, and causing a huge stink. He also blamed me for leaving the toilet seat up (which the other room mate shouldn't bitch about) and told her I smoke in the house. His room is the only room that smells like an ash tray. It's not just him. Bianca sends me texts while I am at work about the crap he does. It cannot be saved until I get home. I come home to drama. She get's pissed when he doesn't clean up the toilet as soon as he uses it. She bitches at him and then he starts arguing back the same way a teenager does and makes all these excuses. He makes excuses like no other. When I got the furnace I told him to not touch the thermostat, "I turn it down because it gets too hot." Next time I tell him to stop, "I have NEVER touched it." Then I call him on it, "That was the old furnace." No, I got the furnace the same week Bianca moved in. She was on vacation when he was messing with the thermostat. Lies, lies, lies. Today was the final straw. He came home late last night and was being a little noisy in the kitchen. He left the light on and the door open to his room. Bianca tells him to shut his door. This morning she comes knocking on the door. She had to tell him twice to be quiet. I have told him multiple times to knock this off. She told me after that, he made more noise and threw things at the wall. That was it. I was pissed, "I have a child living in my house! How old do you think you are! If she moves, you are out of here!" He comes down and starts bitching about her leaving notes on the garbage(something I told her not to do)and starts bitching about her complaints about the toilet. "What about you telling her I smoke in the house and that I leave the toilet seat up?" He makes his excuses, "Maybe it was from when other room mates live here..." He stuttered through that one. Perhaps he finally got the point. He said starting Friday is his 30 days. Well, if he doesn't pay rent next month...he is getting his three days notice.
