No Guff Zone

Hopefully, this is my last time complaining. I have had an issue with people tampering the thermostat while I'm home. I have place several notes on it to leave it alone. It has been cold in the house and winter has been taking it's sweet time to leave. The thermostat gets changed to 62 degrees. It doesn't matter if I lock it. It doesn't matter how many times I tell the room mates to leave it alone. I tell Joseph to ask for permission. The day before yesterday, it mysteriously changed to 62 right after I turned it up to 67. The next day, I lock it and put a note on it to leave it alone. Bianca was already gone by 6am. Joseph was still home and packing things and leaving. He unlocked it, changed it, and locked it again. I sent him a message to ask first. He claimed he didn't do it. Hmm, we were the only ones here and all I am requesting is to leave it the freak alone. Again, this morning I had it locked and set to 67. He did it again. I was infuriated. Many notes and many times of telling him to stop. (He even had the gumption to tell me that he NEVER touched it after he told me he turned it down because it gets too hot.) "YOU ASSHOLE! I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE THIS ALONE!!" I became unglued. We were the only ones home. He comes out. I slam my door to ignore more lies, "I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!" Joseph, "I was sleeping." I cut him off, "I MUST HAVE A POLTERGEIST! BULLSHIT, YOU NEVER TOUCH IT LEAVE THE THERMOSTAT ALONE!" He was up and getting the rest of his belongings. He has been starting drama since Bianca moved in. He broke the lease by smoking in the house, breaking my possessions and not replacing them, and starting crap with other people in the house. He still has not replaced the door and NO I am not surprised. Hopefully, he will be out by the end of the day and he better not give me crap about the deposit or rent. I have to repair and clean a bunch of things that he obviously is not taking care of.

Overtime

Right now, I have two dogs with a cone on their head. I have been spending extra time driving between Boise and Nampa for the past month. Last month, Frank had to go in for his glands. They were not waiting until I closed on the house. The only vet that could help Frank late at night was All Valley. They could not do much and Frank had to go in again because of it. I had to call and call trying to find people to do it. A majority of vets want between $1,000 to $1,200 to remove anal glands. About a week ago, I took Frank to the vet on Overland to have his glands removed. This vet refers to himself as the "Butt Man" and charges half of what everyone else does. By the time this happened, I was sick from running back and forth and not sleeping. I called in sick to take care of the dog and myself. Yesterday, I wanted to get Oreo her long awaited hair cut. I guess that couldn't wait through all of this garbage. Been running around taking care of the house, Frank, and me. I wanted to start all over again on her hair. After a couple of hours, I had her back. She was not following along with me like she normally does and shaking her head. I noticed blood on her ears and throat. I take her back and the groomer had me speak to the vet. After two more hours, I was signing documents to have Oreo's ears drained. Her ears were really matted before her hair cut. Now that she didn't have all that hair, she shook until blood vessels broke in her ears. Wonderful. So, $450 and 24 hours later, I have Oreo. Her head is wrapped like a mummy and huge cone around her head. In the long run, I still ended up paying $1,000 worth of vet bills. Bleh. Luckily, it as just in time for me to close on the house. Busy month ahead. I have to take her in again on Wednesday. Then again two more times to remove stitches. I have to take Frank back to Boise to remove his stitches. Then the following day, I have some people coming to install windows, a fan in the bathroom, and to put some insulation in the attic.
